Brief description of the Research Team / Research Group / Department
Anthropology, Diversity and Integration is a group of researchers in Social Anthropology who work to understand diversity and promote social integration. Our work deal with:<br />- Sexualities and LGBTIQ+<br />- Sexual diversity at education and working places (homophobia and transphobia) <br />- Kinship, genetics, ancestry, gamete donation and new forms of family<br />- Masculinities <br />- Conservative movements against women"s and LGBT rights ("Gender Ideology" discourses)<br />- Religions and gender<br />- Religious diversity in the public space<br />- Gender and health.<br />- Spirituality and alternative therapies<br />Regarding these topics, we do research and organize scientific events such as conferences and seminars for researchers, students, professionals and for everyone interested in analyzing and discussing diversity and coexistence.
